Below you’ll find some important practical information to help you prepare for the event. ??? Venue Brovallen, Ängsdalsvägen 24, 218 31 Bunkeflostrand (Sweden) Parking is available next to the pitches but with limited capacity. Free street parking is also available in the surrounding area. Our event hosts will be on site to assist and answer any questions. ?? Changing Rooms Changing rooms are available but must be shared between teams. Please ensure your players use the dressing rooms efficiently so all teams have access. Valuables should be kept under team supervision. ? Café & Food Orders A fully stocked kiosk will be open throughout the event. To make things easier during the tight match schedule, teams can pre-order hamburgers using the attached order form. ?? Pre-orders must be submitted no later than Wednesday, November 13th. We are also exploring the option to offer salads for players — please indicate your interest no later than Tuesday, November 11th using the attached form so we can plan accordingly. ?? Tournament Hosts & Match Officials Tournament hosts will be present throughout the weekend to support teams and logistics. We will also have match hosts at each field to assist with coordination and game flow. ?? Pitch Access Only players and team staff are allowed inside the fenced area. Spectators must remain outside the fence – this helps maintain the schedule and ensures a positive and focused environment for players, coaches, and referees. ? Match Rules & Eligibility All matches start and end simultaneously with a central signal. If a team is not on the pitch when the signal sounds, it will automatically result in a 3–0 loss. Teams must gather at the field entrances no later than 8 minutes before kickoff, ready to play. Match Format Highlights: Kick-ins (no throw-ins) and corner kicks are used. Rolling substitutions (free and flying). Goalkeepers are not allowed to pick up back passes. Player Eligibility: It is strictly forbidden to use over-aged players without prior approval from the tournament management. Younger players (under-aged) are allowed without restriction. ?? Team Registration List All participating teams are required to complete the Team Registration Form (team name, coach contact details, player names, shirt numbers and personal ID – first six digits only).
